New York–based Creative Director with 15+ years leading brand-defining work across fashion, lifestyle, and beauty. Known as both a senior creative leader and a hands-on partner, he brings agency-level rigor—shaping vision, building teams, and delivering end-to-end innovative creative that performs. Believing creative success is more than beautiful imagery but, emotional concepts that can populate a 360° marketing ecosystem and connects to creative strategy. 
 

For the past five years, Ragsdale has served as Executive Creative Director for Estée Lauder, partnering with leadership to evolve the global creative vision through global 360° work that modernizes the brands creative, drives consumer recruitment, and sales growth. He leads large creative and cross-functional teams, overseeing Holiday, Fragrance, Global Brand Collaborations, 'High-Traffic Moments', and related packaging. He has also helped spearhead emerging technologies, producing some of the brand’s first consumer-facing AI imagery.

Previously, he spent eleven years as a creative consultant, leading work for luxury agencies and some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Calvin Klein, Stuart Weitzman, Louis Vuitton with The Style Council Paris, Laird+Partners, Chandelier Creative, SEW Branded, and Wednesday Agency.  In an agency capacity, he also serviced clients such as Todd Snyder, Clinique Education, and Coty Fragrance.

Mentored early in his career by Trey Laird, Hans Dorsinville, and Robert Lussier, he built a creative philosophy rooted in fearlessness, restraint, and taste—pushing boundaries while maintaining strategic clarity & brand integrity.
